Duties:

• Processing payroll across two FEINs, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting employees with payroll-related issues.
• Process biweekly payroll for 700+ employees across two FEINs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, including voiding and reissuing checks for employees without direct deposit.
• Assist with 401(k) funding administration.
• Support the ongoing tsystem conversion and ensure a smooth conversion process.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a detailed and patient manner.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of payroll experience. 
• Experience with Paycom is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
