&#9;<li>Develop and execute hiring plans to support rapid company growth and workforce planning.</li>
&#9;<li>Track key recruiting metrics, such as time to fill and source effectiveness.</li>
&#9;<li>Work closely with our C-suite and senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed hiring decisions for critical executive roles.</li>

            <description><![CDATA[HR Additions has partnered with a leading national distribution company located in the DFW area in search of a DOT Compliance Specialist to join their Safety & Compliance team. This role is contract for 1-2 months for a special project and requires staff to be in office daily.&nbsp;
<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Maintain and audit Driver Qualification Files (DQFs), including MVRs, licenses, med cards, and annual reviews</li>
&#9;<li>Oversee Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports and coordinate resolution of flagged issues</li>
&#9;<li>Assist with post-accident processes including drug/alcohol testing and documentation</li>
&#9;<li>Prepare for DOT audits and support internal compliance reviews</li>
&#9;<li>Train drivers and field leadership on current DOT/FMSCA guidelines and policy updates</li>
&#9;<li>Partner with Operations and Fleet teams to ensure company-wide alignment on compliance practices</li>
&#9;<li>Track and report compliance KPIs; contribute to continuous improvement of safety programs</li>
</ul>

<strong>Qualifications:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>3+ years of DOT or FMCSA compliance experience in a logistics, transportation, or distribution environment</li>
&#9;<li>Strong understanding of federal safety regulations and fleet compliance protocols</li>
&#9;<li>Experience with ELD systems (Samsara, Geotab, Omnitracs, etc.)</li>
&#9;<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and compliance documentation tools</li>
&#9;<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams</li>
