HR Additions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume hiring across multiple locations. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of skilled trades, field service, technician, apprenticeship, sales, and operations positions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building talent pipelines, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Location: Irving, TX Area (Hybrid) 3 days in office /2 remote Compensation: $80,000+ Dependent on Qualifications Position Type: Contract for 3 months with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for service technicians, installers, apprentices, field service, sales, and operational roles.
Develop talent pipelines through trade schools, apprenticeship programs, military transition programs, referrals, networking, and proactive sourcing.
Partner with hiring managers to evaluate technical qualifications, certifications, licensing requirements, and overall fit.
Source, screen, schedule, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offers through onboarding.
Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
Support additional recruiting needs as business priorities evolve.
Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven success recruiting skilled trades, field service, technician, sales, or operational talent.
Experience supporting high-volume and multi-location hiring initiatives.
Strong sourcing, pipeline-building, and networking skills.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting metrics.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
