HR Additions is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations nationwide. This role will primarily focus on hiring operational talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
Location: Irving, TX Area Compensation: $80K + Dependent on Qualifications Position Type: Contract for 3 months, with the potential for permanent placement for a high-performing candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience.
Extend offers and facilitate a seamless transition to onboarding.
Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
Support changing business needs and multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience supporting high-volume or multi-site recruiting initiatives.
Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting metrics.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience recruiting for skilled trades, technicians, operations, or related roles is highly preferred.
