HR Additions is partnering with a rapidly growing industry leader seeking a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise-wide recruiting strategy and operations. This role requires all staff to be in office daily.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.
Partner with executive and operational leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop recruiting plans for hourly, professional, seasonal, and leadership hiring.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Lead end-to-end recruiting operations across corporate and field locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Establish scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing time-to-fill, improving quality of hire, and optimizing recruiting effectiveness.
Oversee recruiting budgets and vendor relationships to maximize return on investment.
Develop and manage recruiting scorecards and dashboards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
7+ years of recruiting leadership experience in a high-volume hiring environment.
Proven experience managing and developing recruiting teams.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including workflows, reporting, and system optimization.
