Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Communicate regularly with HR Support team to assess candidate pipeline/onboarding
• Processing applicants, new hire, and employee transactions through the human resources information system
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of high volume recruiting preferably in airport facility maintenance.
• Experience with Paycom is required.
• This is NOT a remote position; Recruiter will be stationed at the assigned location.
