HR Additions has partnered with an industry leader in search of a Healthcare Recruiter.

This role is in office daily Monday-Friday 8-5pm.  

Healthcare Recruiter Duties:
  • Provide recruitment, selection, placement support, and direction to assigned client groups.
  • Ensure adequate diverse pool of qualified candidates to meet client needs.
  • Consult with managers to develop recruiting plans and programs to achieve business goals.
  • Extend job offer and negotiate terms, as requested
  • Monitor staffing processes to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop, update and administer programs (e.g. Internships and Career Day).

Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and Taleo
