Payroll and Benefits Specialist
Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in Fort Worth with a Payroll and Benefits Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of payroll and benefits experience.

This position is hybrid and offers stability and a great company culture.

What you will do:
  • Administer accurate and timely payroll and employee benefits for a multi-state, multi-entity organization
  • Process payroll for 100+ employees
  • Support employees with benefits related inquiries
  • Manage complex pay structures, time corrections and additional earnings submissions
  • Administer various employee benefits to include medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, life, HAS, 401k and other employee benefits
  • Administer and manage FMLA leave processes
  • Point of contact for benefit inquiries, providing clear guidance on plan options, eligibility and coverage
 
What qualifications you will bring:
  • 5+ years of payroll processing
  • 3+ years of benefits administration
  • Excellent job stability and tenure
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
