HR Additions has partnered with a Dallas company in search of a Payroll Coordinator. This role is direct hire and offers a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for performing payroll functions and related tasks, including processing disbursement of payroll.
  • Perform day-to-day payroll functions, including, but not limited to, processing new hires, transfers, terminations, leave events and performing benefits and tax procedures.
  • Process checks and vouchers each pay period; sort and distribute payroll check registers/checks to facilities each pay period.
  • Assist the payroll team in running and reviewing audit reports, helping to obtain timecard approvals, and assisting with timecard edits.
  • Assist employees in finding information about their pay and benefits as needed in ADP Vantage.
  • Respond to employee and leader questions regarding payroll, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor the payroll inbox and respond to employee and manager inquiries, escalating as needed.
  • Completes employment verifications.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years prior related experience in HR or payroll experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ADP Vantage or ADP Workforce Now is
