Job Description
HR Additions has partnered with an engineering firm in Dallas in search of a Contract Payroll Analyst. This role is hybrid requiring all staff to be in the office three days a week.
Primary Duties
Maintains payroll information, directing the collection, calculation, and entry of data
Processing of multi state payroll
Employee set-up and maintenance in multiple software systems
Ensure compliance with current labor laws
Reconciliations of wages
Assist in salary-based audits
Responding to employee questions on payroll-related issues
Reporting of payroll-based data as requested
Assistance with timecard tracking
Education and Experience Requirements
2+ years of experience of in-house processing payroll
