Job Description


Remote Healthcare Recruiter needed 6 plus month contract assignment with a national healthcare provider.

Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for:
  • Full cycle recruiting for nurses in an assigned territory with approximately 50-70 requisitions 
  •  Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
  • Processing applicants, new hire, and employee transactions through the human resources information system.
  • Sourcing in ADP, creating offer letters and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Utilizing Excel to track performance and KPI's. 
Healthcare background should include:
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting RN, LVN, Acute Care Nurses 
  • Must have experience with ADP, iCIMS, or Taleo 
  • Ideal applicants are in the Pacific Time Zone.
