Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in Fort Worth with a Payroll and Benefits Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of payroll and benefits experience.
This position is hybrid and offers stability and a great company culture.
What you will do:
Administer accurate and timely payroll and employee benefits for a multi-state, multi-entity organization
Process payroll for 100+ employees
Support employees with benefits related inquiries
Manage complex pay structures, time corrections and additional earnings submissions
Administer various employee benefits to include medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, life, HAS, 401k and other employee benefits
Administer and manage FMLA leave processes
Point of contact for benefit inquiries, providing clear guidance on plan options, eligibility and coverage
What qualifications you will bring:
5+ years of payroll processing
3+ years of benefits administration
Excellent job stability and tenure
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
