HR Additions has partnered with a growing company for an experienced HRIS Manager with deep Workday expertise and a project manager skill set. We are seeking a strategic and technically strong HRIS leader who can elevate the current function, reduce reliance on outsourced support, and drive long-term system alignment across all HR areas. Responsibilities:
Serve as the Workday SME (HCM, Compensation, Absence, Reporting), leading configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements
Oversee all HRIS operations and roadmap execution; ensure system stability, user access controls, and data integrity
Build a long-term HR tech strategy aligned to enterprise goals; guide technology investment decisions and ROI evaluations
Lead HRIS-related projects from scope to delivery (e.g., integrations, updates, optimization)
Own vendor management for Workday and related HR systems and services
Deliver HR data insights, executive dashboards, and compliance-aligned reporting
Support cross-functional collaboration across Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent
Train HR and business users on best practices and drive adoption of self-service tools
Qualifications
At least 8-10 years in HRIS with direct, hands-on Workday experience (configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, optimization)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field
