HR Additions has partnered with a growing organization in search of a Contract Recruiter. This role is hybrid and requires staff to be in office 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
Recruit for a variety of corporate positions, including Finance, Accounting, IT, Marketing, and other professional-level roles.
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
Manage multiple requisitions and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business demands.
Support high-volume recruiting efforts while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications
Must have at least 1-2 years of staffing agency recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Must have at least 5 years of full cycle recruiting
