Job Description
Duties:
- Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for the HR planning and activities.
- Designs and generates standard and customized reports from a human resource information system.
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity of data in the HRIS, developing, and documenting consistent and appropriate data coding structures, and assisting with training HRIS users in the proper application of codes and other data entry conventions.
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.
- Analyzes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains system and other related HR systems.
- Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Intermediate to advance user of Excel creating pivot tables.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in HR technical functions
- Experience SuccessFactors is required.
