Job Description
HR Additions has established a partnership with a medical company to seek out an HR Product Manager. This position is initially on a contract basis with the potential for conversion to a permanent role, and it requires on-site presence as there are no hybrid or remote work options available.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the configuration, administration, and continuous management of the Hyland OnBase enterprise content management software.
• Stay abreast of the latest Hyland OnBase features and updates to ensure our organization maximizes its capabilities.
• Oversee all facets of the technology project lifecycle.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current and proposed technology solutions.
• Guarantee a seamless and user-friendly experience for all associates.
• Solicit feedback to consistently refine and enhance solution functionality.
• Maintain a deep understanding of trends and best practices in the technology industry and their impact on our technology.
• Keep current with content management trends and incorporate best practices into our solution.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and integrate with internal platforms, collaborating with internal teams accordingly.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate channels.
• Act as a leader and active contributor within the HR Tech community.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology or a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product management.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital domains.
• Proficiency with Hyland OnBase enterprise content management software is essential.
• Experience in vendor contract negotiations and management.
