Job Description
HR Additions is assisting an award winning corporate office in downtown Dallas area seeking an HR Manager.
HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Oversee recruiting, retention, benefits, and training
- Create and foster a trusting team between employees and management
- Processing of the semi-monthly payrolls, off-cycle checks and bonus runs and termination checks
- Develop and roll out a mentoring program
- Manages the development and maintenance of the HRIS
- Ensure compliance and minimize risk for terminations
- Drive employee engagement and satisfaction to include wellness and education
HR Manager background should include:
- Advanced degree and HR Certifications desired!
