Job Description


HR Additions is assisting an award winning corporate office in downtown Dallas area seeking an HR Manager.  

HR Manager will be responsible for:
  • Oversee recruiting, retention, benefits, and training 
  • Create and foster a trusting team between employees and management 
  • Processing of the semi-monthly payrolls, off-cycle checks and bonus runs and termination checks
  • Develop and roll out a mentoring program 
  • Manages the development and maintenance of the HRIS
  • Ensure compliance and minimize risk for terminations 
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction to include wellness and education

HR Manager background should include:
  • Advanced degree and HR Certifications desired!
