Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develops pipeline of both active and passive candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies.
- Maintains ongoing communication with hiring manager, Director of Talent Acquisition, and any relevant parties on the status of active positions and respective candidates.
- Conducts intake call with hiring managers to understand the department needs and manager expectations.
- Partners with hiring managers to adequately define job specifications and requirements.
- Develops and executes sourcing strategy while leveraging all recruiting outlets.
- Conducts phone screens, manages interview process, and coordinates interview debriefs while providing consultative value.
- Offer guidance and facilitate negotiation process through its completion.
- Focuses on candidate experience while being highly responsive to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Promotes the Company culture and brand through effective and positive business representation and communication.
- Ability to navigate through ATS for all aspects of the applicant tracking process including moving candidates through the recruiting workflow.
- At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience for professional and industrial positions.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience (mix of corporate recruiting and staffing agency experience)
- Experience in BalanceTrak system strongly desired, or other equivalent ATS systems
