HR Additions has partnered with an innovative company in the DFW area in search of a Direct of Talent Acquisition. 

Scope of role:
  • Leader who contributes to and drive full-cycle recruitment for a growing team.
  • Leading strategic intake meetings, creating compelling job descriptions, and  preparing candidates for their first day for executive level candidates. 
  • Conduct market research and develop unique recruitment initiatives to attract talent.
  • Develop and execute hiring plans to support rapid company growth and workforce planning.
  • Track key recruiting metrics, such as time to fill and source effectiveness.
  • Work closely with our C-suite and senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed hiring decisions for critical executive roles.

Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience construction, or related industry with
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
